Problem with permission: UUID

Hello together,
unfortunately my rule to move movie files from my Mac to Synology DiskStation seems to have permission problem.
The rule worked before I updated to MacOS Sierra - although i cannot really say with all certainty that the problem began with the update.
The Hazel log shows the following:
I can access the source and target directory in Finder without any problems.
What am I about to do know?
