Title Case filenames

Could someone please advise how I could can change file names to title case and also how I can move a file to the correct directory structure based on the contents of the file name?

You can use the Rename action. Click on the "name" attribute in the pattern and there you can change the capitalization.

You can then use the Sort into subfolder action to file stuff into subfolders.

How about if I wish to sort into a Folder/sub-folder structure under a different Directory Structure eg:

/Volumes/Media/TV/Flattened/<show> - S<season>E<episode>/<file>
to
/Volumes/Media/TV/TV_Shows/<show>/Season <season>/
