date matching

Hi, there!

I am trying to have Hazel search on a file (utilities invoice) that had been OCR scanned on its content for a date with a format; 21 of July of 2016 until 21 of August of 2016, so I can use it as part of the name to save it as a pdf file.

Any suggestions on how I can go about it?

I appreciate your help in advance.

You can use a custom date attribute. Search the help for "match patterns". If you run into specific problems, post back here.

For some unknown reason the help does not work I mean it doesn't offer topics of any kind.

Thanks

I have not find info that suits this particular issue,
Do you know what might be the reason I do not have help available on my Hazel App. To tell you the truth I done“t recall now if I have gone to the help area in the previos versions of the app. but It is as it is missing the help files now.

Thanks for your help, anyhow.

Try this article: http://macsparky.com/blog/2013/6/hazel- ... e-matching (it does show up in the search results for "date matching" for me).

I'm not sure why the help won't show up. I don't see the issue hear and I haven't received any reports of this happening with anyone else.
