Can you post the full log messages? Chances are it's a permissions issue, in which case you'll have to remove the files manually.

BTW, if you have an SSD drive, you should turn off secure delete. If you still have the problem it may be permissions issue for that file, in which case you have to delete it manually. If you turn on debug mode as described here, it should give you more info as to why: https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/hazel-debug-mode/
