Wait until download finishes

Hello,

I've got an issue where a folder 50-100 GB in size is sent to me every morning at 2 am. I'd like Hazel to wait until that folder is finished downloading and copy it to another drive. Since the size is never specific, I can't know exactly how long it will take, though 2 hours should be enough.

Currently I have Hazel watching the folder and, when something is added (and has not yet been matched), marking it grey, thus giving it it's first match.

The next rule says "If it's been 2 hours since it was matched and it's grey, copy to a new drive and label it green"

Finally, "If it's been 2 hours since it was last matched and it's green, move it to a "transferred" folder".

What seems to happen is that it gets moved to the transfer folder without being copied. I'm not certain, but sometimes it looks like it moves the folder before it's finished downloading.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Not sure if you need the color labels. I think "Date added is not in the last 2 hours" or, possibly better "Date modified is not in the last X hours" would be sufficient. What program is downloading the folder?

I wouldn't think I need the labels either, but even with them, I can't get hazel to behave.

The application downloading is Aspera Connect which, unfortunately, does not have an "In Progress" folder for downloads.

I've been struggling with this and I just saw "Size - did not change". Can I get some clarification on this? It hasn't change since the last time this rule was matched or any rule was matched?

Since the last time it checked. Even if it failed to match that rule, it should match if the size is different than last time.

My obnoxiously large file downloads are starting up again in about a day so I'm very hopeful this is what will make my rules work as I envision them.
