Need advice on more advanced rule set needs

I use a service called FileThis that downloads statements for multiple accounts from 20+ companies I do business with including banks, utility companies, health insurance companies, paycheck services, etc. It puts them in subfolders named for each account. All told, there are over 50 individual directories that the FileThis Fetch program puts documents into at any given time.
I want to use Hazel to watch these folders, apply a series of tags to the PDFs and move them to the appropriate place in my "File Cabinet" directory.
I really don't want to have to create a rule set for each and every folder. Ideally what I'd like to do is set up a rule similar to this:
If any of these conditions:
AND
Then apply tags and move to the "Financial Statements" folder and sort into subfolders based on parent folder name.
I'll admit I've been a very basic user of Hazel so far so if this is already possible, I apologize. I couldn't see a way around having to essentially duplicate the same rule for multiple individual folders.
Thanks for any advice,
Dan
