PDF sorting and renaming

I'm still feeling my way around Hazel, and am struggling with something.

When I download a bank statement (PDF), I want Hazel to rename it based on the month. I believe this is possible somehow, but can't work it out? The PDFs are all named "Statement_xxxx.pdf", and I want the final file to be called something like "2016-08_Statement.pdf". How would I go about doing that?

I'm sure I saw something about Hazel being able to read the PDF file somehow?

EDIT: I have PDF Expert installed on my Mac, if that helps?

Try searching the support knowledge base as it should have links to articles on this: https://www.noodlesoft.com/support

In short, though, you would use "Contents contain match". Search the help for "match patterns" for more details on how to specify the pattern.
