Auto Backup into Dropbox

Hi all -
I'm relatively new to Hazel but it's been awesome so far. I've used it to automate some of the file processing I've done in the past.
One of the problems I'm working through now is syncing across multiple computers. I have a work and a personal MBP. For the most part, I do very different things on both computers. However, there is a set of folders that I'd like to have access on within both folders. I don't want to completely split out my documents folder in each computer and store this solely in Dropbox. My initial thought was to maintain a copy of the folders that I want to copy within my Dropbox and just update the files whenever any changes are made. Is there a way I can build a Hazel rule to monitor my Documents folder and recopy over any files to my new Dropbox folder when any changes are made?
Thanks!
