Cleaning up "old" screenshots Fri Aug 19, 2016 10:38 pm • by sty
Howdy all,

I would like to use Hazel to clean up "old" screenshots taken on my phone and the like in my photos.app folder. I know how to do all of this except for the where to look for photos part. I was hoping for some insight because for the life of me I can't find it. I know it should all be in ~/Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary but apparently Hazel can't open that. Also, I can go to the "Photos" shortcut in the side bar, but I can't select that either.

Thanks!

It's a bad idea to have Hazel delete files out from underneath Photos. It may cause issues with its internal database. You might be able to do something with an AppleScript but you'd need to know what you are doing.
