Is a 1 minute "not added in the last . . ." enough time?

I scan my bills as PDFs into an "Action" folder that syncs among Macs via my Synology NAS. The Synology uses something called Cloudstation, which works much like Dropbox. I have a Hazel rule on my MacBook that processes documents in that Action folder.

Occasionally, I use my iMac. If I export/import my Hazel rules from the Macbook onto my iMac, is a 1 minute "Date Last Modified in not in the last . . ." long enough in the Hazel rule on the iMac, so I don't end up with the MacBook and iMac "fighting" over the same file if both machines are monitoring the Action folder at the same time? Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks for any help.

I would recommend against having multiple Hazel instances managing the same set of files. It will probably end up being a mess.
