Move files with same name but different extension

How can I go about moving files that have the same base name but different extensions into a new subfolder (that itself would be named from the base name of the matched file)?

For example:

Top Folder contains:
myfile.doc
myfile.xls
myfile.txt

I would like for Hazel to gather up all of the my_file.* and move it to: Top Folder -> myfile

NB: I'm running Hazel 3.3.8. If this is something that could be done easily in Hazel 4, I'll happily upgrade.

Should be easily done by using "Name starts with" and using the Sort into subfolder action, specifying the file name as the name of the folder.

This is doable on version 3 or 4.
