Conditional Rule?

Is there a way that I can get Hazel to accomplish the following task?

I have a folder entitled “Read>File” that when I put an item in it Hazel will display a notification with the pattern “Time There is a file waiting to be read”and add the Tag Red.

Later I read the file and add a Green Tag to signify that I have read it and need to move it to another folder.

I would then like Hazel to move that file to the new folder and notify me that it has done it.

Can Mr. Noodle or anyone else please give clear step by step instructions on how to achieve this? Many thanks.

You could add a second rule that checks if a file has a green tag and move the file to the proper folder and optionally remove the color tags.

Based on your workflow you need to figure out if this new rule needs to come before or after other rules to be fired off in the right order.
