Automatic backup of removable media

Hello Board
Is this possible with Hazel?
When you insert a memory card into card reader, and the card appears on the desktop ...
Have Hazel automatically make a backup copy of the complete card ?
This problem is part of a bigger project regarding media management for Broadcast.
We hope to achieve a backup copy without knowing the name of the card in advance.
Regards Nils

Most drives are mounted under the /Volumes folder. It's normally not visible in Finder but you can use the "Go to folder" function to make it appear.
You can try having Hazel monitor that folder whenever a new drive is mounted. The problem is figuring out which drives are the ones you are interested in. You'd have to be especially careful not to have your rule match your main drive as you'd possibly end up copying your whole drive into itself.

Thanks for your reply
Do you have any tips on how to make Hazel monitor the /Volumes folder, as it is (as you point out) hidden by default ?
There is also a selection under the GO meny called "Computer" that will show all mounted drives, but i cannot make Hazel monitor that either ...
any tips ?
Cheers

In Finder, do Go->Go to folder and enter "/Volumes" (without the quotes). Once you have it in Finder, you can drag it into Hazel.
