Hello. I am trying to build rules to look for date pattern matches in content. It seems to work some of the time for various different files, but when it doesn't work, I click on the ellipsis next to the red X that indicates No Match on Preview, which shows me the text Hazel is working off of. I can clearly see the dates I'm trying to match in the text, but still Hazel doesn't seem to be able to match most of the time.
As an FYI, I have my ScanScap set to scan at 300 dpi, and the OCR seems to be spot-on.
Suggestions?

Things to double-check:
- Make sure you account for any spaces in the text.
- Double-check the date format. Make sure you are looking for the correct number of digits.
If those check out, then click the "Contact support" button in Hazel's Info section. Export your rule and attach that along with a sample file exhibiting the problem and send it in.
