Just a minor GUI issue. At the bottom right corner of the Rules list is the search icon. When you hover the mouse pointer over it, the hover text says "Remove a folder from being monitored". This is the only icon/button to even have hover text so either it should be removed or corrected and helpful text added to all of the other buttons.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll have it fixed in the next patch (and where were you before I released the patch this morning?)
