moving folders depending on where they are stored

Ok i dunno if the titles makes sense, but hear me out:
I have Hazel looking for unused projects, archive them and move them. The structure of where it looks is as follows:
MUSIC > ARTIST 1,2,3,4,5 > PROJECT 1,2,3,4,5
So it scans the whole MUSIC folder and, say, if "artist 3 > project 1" is old, it runs the rules. But having multiple artists and just 1 folder to move them into gets a bit confusing (the project names don't always have the artist in the title). So what I thought was this:
make empty subfolders in the folder where everything gets copied to with the artist names (ARTIST 1,2,3,4,5). But that would mean me having to create these rules for every artist, which is a bit of a hassle since its not actually just 5. What I would like to have/do is that Hazel runs the rules and looks at the parent directory (say artist 3) and move it to the other folder with the same artist name.
Does this make sense? If so, how can I achieve this?
