Collecting/copying .avi files

Entirely new to this app. My avi-files are scattered around in a number of folders. I would like to have a copy all of them in one folder, under Photos (I have a new iMac, 27") and thought Hazel should be the right app to do so. Have tried various combinations to get this done. Without success.
The last one:
Name: Folder with .avi
if "all"
...Extension...is .avi
Copy to folder Photos
Obviously not correct, but having no experience with macros, or Hazel, I would appreciate some help.

You'll need to tell Hazel to go into subfolders. Read this article on how to do that:
https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/going-into-subfolders/Make sure you keep that rule separate from the rule you have to process the avis themselves.

Thanks for your answer. I have tried to start by a very simple task, wanting to copy new files from Documents to iDocuments as soon as a new document is made in Documents.
I have put the subfolder item first or below the main instructions:
"any"
"all files"
"copy to iDocuments"
In preview I receive the green light.
But no copying takes place??

Check the status interface (the "eye" button). See if it matches the rule there or if there is some sort of error. You can also check the logs by going to the Info section and clicking "View Log". Search for one of the files and see what the logs say about it.

Thanks for your quick response. I have checked the interface, looks ok as far as I can understand it. Added a couple of simple word-doc, a couple inside a folder - 1TESTMAPPE, and one file in Documents, and tried again.
Still no copying of the new files, as expected.
I have copied the results, existing finder-windows as well as the log into Dropbox. Could you give me your Dropbox address? (Frankly I don“t know how to copy the results into this mail.)

Click the "Contact support" button in Hazel's Info section and attach the files there.
