Sort into Subfolders Rule Problem Mon May 16, 2016 1:30 pm • by learned
I have the a target folder with a process all subfolders command set. I also have the following rule set up against that same folder:

If All
- If Any
- - Extension is MP4
- - Extension is MOV
-- Name matches ...•ID... (anything, custom tag, anything)
- Subfolder Depth is 0

Rule
- Sort into Subfolder with pattern ... (•ID)

The sort works perfectly. In fact it works too perfectly. It seems to ignore the Subfolder Depth command and continue sorting my MOV and MP4 files deeper and deeper. Currently the order of rules is:

Sort into Subfolder Rule
Process all Folders Rule

Any idea why it doesn't respect the Subdepth Level?

Does the "If any" nested condition have its target to set to any/all subfiles?

No, it is set to current file or folder

Can you get a screenshot of the rule and include that (you'll need to host it elsewhere)? Also, have you checked the logs?
