Apple changed something in the codesign verification which causes Gatekeeper to claim Hazel is from an unidentified developer. I've filed an issue with Apple and am awaiting a response.

This should only affect you if you are installing Hazel for the first time on 10.11.4. If you are already running it, you should be fine. Will post with more details as they become available.

I just pushed out version 3.3.8 which works around this problem. Hazel now has an installer app you double-click to install Hazel. If you happen to be sitting on a 3.3.7 dmg and haven't installed yet, I suggest re-downloading so you can use the new installer.
