hazel creates duplicates after system changes

I've been using hazel for 2 years on my mac now. All rules worked fine until I set up my mac with a fresh installation of el capitan. After that hazel processes my files very often twice which means that I get duplicates (sometimes hazel even processes the files more often than once). For reasons unknown it also occurs that hazel sometimes processes files as it is meant to be (which means once). Anyone who is having same problems or could give a hint to that topic?

First off, this was originally posted in the forum/site discussions which isn't really appropriate (that forum is for discussing the site itself, not about Hazel).

As for your issue, I suggest checking the logs. Go to the "Info" section and click "View Log". Pick a file where you are seeing this problem and search for it. Either post back here or email in the relevant logs and I'll take a look.
