Hazel and system preferences unresponsive

About a week ago I noticed that hazel would freeze up doing one of its rules and after I shut off the rule it worked for a day or two. Now it just freezes up and it makes finder and system preferences unresponsive. I can't open it long enough to uninstall it in the app itself and have removed it manually from the preference pane. when i reinstall it, i'm left with the same problem.
I have the latest OS X 10.11.3 and latest Hazel 3.3.7.

After reading the discussions i took a sample process of system preference when it was hanging/Users/rrvann/Desktop/Sample of System Preferences.txt

please help
