Network Shares and Busy and Skipping For Now

I'm trying to use Hazel to copy files from a hard drive in another computer that is shared with me on a network. Both are OSX computers using the default OSX network share structure in finder.

It worked perfectly the first day I set it up, then a little bit less perfectly a week later, and now I'm seeing a strange behaviour.

If I pull up the finder window of the remote folder, I'll see a few files that should match the rule - but Hazel won't recognize them until I attempt to disconnect the network share. Then I'll get the "attempting to disconnect... would you like to force eject?" window in finder, and at that moment, Hazel will recognize them and copy them over.

I've tried ejecting, disconnecting from the network, restarting, and nothing seems to work.

The only clue in the log is "File Feb 25 20161505.eip is busy. Skipping for now."

Any ideas? Thank you!

Is that eip file one that is supposed to be processed but isn't? If so, then some other program has that file open. You'll need to close that file so that Hazel can process it.
