I am currently running Hazel version 3.3.4 build 1232. When I go to the Info tab, and depress the option/alt button, I do not see the debug option show up below the View Log button.

I am trying to debug this shell script, which worked fine in one folder, but when I moved it to another folder, the rule started failing.

/Applications/HandbrakeCLI -i "$1" -o "${1%flv}"mp4 --preset='AppleTV 2'

Try updating your version of Hazel. There was an issue with El Capitan that broke that and it was since worked around.
