It would be great to dim the folders/name text in the Folders list that have all rules disabled, so it's easily determined if a folder is "inactive".

That idea recently occurred to me, too. Thanks for actually suggesting it.

I've put this in the feature db for consideration. It may not specifically be dimming per se though. For instance, this would make unmounted and invalid folders dimmed as well so there has to be some way to make it less ambiguous what it means.

Ah, makes sense. I was just brainstorming an easy visual way of determining the status, if this were something you consider adding, any way it works best is fine.
