When duplicating a rule I'd like it to be inactive by default. Not sure why that isn't already the default because I can't think of any case where I'd want two identical rules simultaneously active. Thanks.

Haven't given it much thought before but it makes sense. The general notion is that any rule that is imported is disabled and I think it makes sense for duplicated rules as well. I'll add it to the bug db for consideration. Thanks.
