Move items to trash in rotation according to # of item
Posted: Fri Dec 18, 2015 2:17 amI have an action that moves any sub-folders within a folder to the trash if their Date Created is not in the last 2 days and this works well but what I would really like to achieve is if the number of items is more than 2 move to Trash those that were added earliest. In other words the action not to work on the date but on the number of sub-folders in the folder—I want to only have 2 sub-folders and get rid of the ones added earlier. Is there any way that this can be achieved please? Cheers.
