Not Syncing All Folders within Volume

Hi guys, quick question: When I try to have Hazel sync one of my volumes, it's only pulling and syncing about 20 folders from my volume, even though that volume has about 30 folders. Do you know why it is not syncing all the folders and how to fix this issue?
