I just installed Hazel and I'm hoping it's exactly what I need to keep me a lot more organized with all my files and folders.

I just ran it on my desktop folder and set several rules for different file types. Everything seemed to work except the rule for Folders.

My rule states that if the Kind is Folder, then Move the Folder to a Pending Folders folder.

When I ran the rule, it only worked on about half the folders and now it won't work on any.

Any suggestions as to what might be going on here?

First thing I would do is check the logs. Launch Console.app (located in /Applications/Utilities). When running rules, Hazel will output messages such as what rule a file matched. Let me know if you see anything interesting and we can go from there.
