Error 23 trying to get folder tree to sync for media

I have my media laid out like so on my computer:

Completed->Tv shows->castle->season 8->episode 3.mkv

I am trying to sync it to my network drive with the same folder setup. I keep getting a "cant sync folder.." error 23.

Can anyone tell me the right rules to make this work? I tried using the subfolder rule posted by admin but that didnt work either

Are you using the Sync action? I suggest turning on debug mode as described here: http://www.noodlesoft.com/forums/viewto ... ?f=4&t=296

After that, check the logs as it will output a lot more information about the sync.
