el capitan (OS 10.11) & content matching - broken?

I have a setup that automatically OCRs & sends docs to DevonTHINK (see this Tip https://www.noodlesoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4694).

Since I've upgraded to OS 10.11, on 10/4, none of my Content Matching rules work. See Step 3 of the above Tip for an example.

Is there anything that I need to change or update on my system to get this working again?

As far as I know, there is no issue with 10.11 and content matching. I'm guessing your issue is unique to your rules and files. If you can provide more details, like the text you are trying to match and the pattern you have set up to match them, that would help. Or even better, if the files do not contain sensitive info, email a file and an export of your rules in to support and I can check it directly.
