Hello,
I bought today Hazel. I intend following. I wanted to monitor my Dropbox folder regularly and copy them to an external hard drive. The external hard drive is connected to my router. Unfortunately, the files are not copied. Why is that? I reach via SMB to the hard disk.

The error:
Code: Select all
31.08.15 12:12:29,000 kernel[0]: smb_ntstatus_error_to_errno: Couldn't map ntstatus (0xc00000d4) to errno returning EIO

How can i resolve the problem? And how can i use my setting?

I don't know what that error is but it seems to be an smb issue. Have you tried a local folder as the destination? If that doesn't work then there's probably an issue with your rules.

I suggest you check Hazel's logs. Go to the "Info" section and click on "View Log". Search for one of the files in question and post/email any messages you find about it.

It appears to be a permissions issue. Try doing the operation manually in Finder and see if you are forced to enter a password. If so, then you'll need to fix the permissions for Hazel to do the copy.

You can normally do it by doing "Get Info" on the file in Finder. Permission settings are at the bottom. That said, if it's over a network share, there may be settings on the router/server you need to tweak.

Ok i cannot change or fix any permissions on the hard drive.
I need a another config. Maybe it is possible with a other program.
