When I try to process certain kinds of files by using a
"Kind is" rule, Hazel will fail to match them.
E.g. an MP3 file shows "MPEG Audio Layer 3" as it's kind in the Finder. When I select this as the parameter for the Kind, Hazel will not match any mp3 files that are in the directory (the file info in Hazel's rules preview shows their kind as "MP3-Audio", which is not offered as an entry in the "Kind"-Selector of the rules entry screen.
Another kind of file that has the same issue are "OpenOffice Text" (.odt) files. Their kind is listed as "OpenDocument Text", but Hazel shows their kind as "OpenDocument-Text-Dokument (.odt)" and also fails to match them.
Thanks,
Guy
BTW, I am using a german language version of OS X.
