I had a crash and lost everything. Now, with a new hard-drive, I'm starting Hazel again. I had a file with explanation of the commands and choices. That they meant. What they did. What they expected. I can't locate that now. Can anyone help with locating it?

I'm not sure what file you are referring to but there is help in-app. You can access it via the help menu or the ? buttons in the UI. Maybe what you are referring to is in there somewhere?
