what photo browsing software used by those using Finder

Is there a way to remotely access these photos that are organized by folder?
- From another Mac, I can use Picasa after mounting the drive on the Mac Mini. Any other software ideas?
- I do not know how to access those folders from an iPhone? Possible at all? I searched but all the results appear to point to people wanting to access iPhone photos on the Mac...
