"Sort into subfolder" acting on folder, not just image

"Sort into Subfolder" trying to act on folders also, even though the condition specifies that it should only act on images.
Any advice as to how to avoid this attempt to act on the folders? Copied below is the console dump from Hazel trying to evaluate the folders even though the condition specifies only if image.
