renaming accents (?)

I cant figure out how to make Hazel to change the accents and "spanish eñe" "ñ" on all the files in a particular folder:
- These are the characters i need to change: Á - á - É - é - Í - í - Ó - ó - Ú - ú - Ñ - ñ
- And they will get replace for these ones: A - a - E - e - I - i - O - o - U - u - N - n
Help with these will be very appreciated.
