Tagging files within folders with certain tags

I'm using Hazel to help me implement GTD on my Mac. I have several folders that are "inboxes". For example, "Downloads", "Inbox - Video", "Inbox - Photo", "Screenshots", etc. These folders are tagged "Inbox". I want Hazel to tag the files in these inboxes "To Organize" so that I can search for all my files tagged "To Organize" when I'm ready to process them.

Hazel doesn't have a way to select the contents of a folder tagged something. I'm wondering if there's a way to add this functionality.

First off, you need a rule to tell Hazel to go into the subfolders to begin with. See the sticky article about how to do that.

From there, you might be able to edit that rule to only go into folders which have the proper tag. From there you should be able to do what you want.

Thanks, that worked.
