Remove Previous Destination Folders from Actions

Is it possible to clear the list of previously used destination folders from the drop-down menus that are used for rule actions?

The only way to do that is to stop using those folders. How many folders do you have and have you looked into using patterns in conjunction with Sort into Subfolder?
