I'm a bit confused on how to use "Run rules on folder contents".
What i was trying to achieve is:

check the MASTER folder
check its subfolders
if they contain images, check if they're RGB
if they are, label RED the container folder

This said, don't know where to start...

Search around the forums for "subfolders" and you should find some relevant topics.

In general, you can't do what you want in one rule. You need a rule to match folders so that you can tell Hazel to descend into them. Then you need a rule to act on the actual files. If you need more elaboration on this, let me know.
