Configure when a rule runs

Can I set a delay on when a rule runs? If I save a screen capture to my desktop, I will usually use it in an email within a few minutes so I will not want it moved. But if its still there in 1 hour, I would like it moved to trash. If I create and save a new pdf or Word doc to the desktop, I might want it moved to another location if it is still there in 12 hours but not before then. Can I configure a rule to run only after a defined amount of time after a file is added to a location?

Try "Date added is not in the last X hours".

That seems like it would work however it doesn't look like it is an option. The options available are "date created, modified, opened and matched as well as Today, this week, month, quarter and year. I don't see the option to select is/is not X hours.

Sorry, It IS an option. I wasn't selecting "date added".
