OS X 10.10.2 with AFP Volume Hangs System

I have a weird problem in which after upgrading to 10.10.2 my system will hang shortly after booting. By hanging I mean the Finder will be unresponsive as well as apps that access the file system. I think I narrowed it down to Hazel. IF I stop Hazel and connect to the AFP (network NAS) mount I have no problems. However once I start Hazel a few minutes later I keep seeing this in the log over and over again:

Any thoughts? If I mount the same network drive as SMB I do not see the problem.

I'm not sure. I don't see why Hazel would be any different. I suggest maybe bringing up the Hazel logs and correlating the times with the system log to see if there's anything in particular triggering it.

Its probably some underlying OS X code that is causing the problem. I have been on the OS X 10.10.2 seed and I didn't have any problems until the second to final release of 10.10.2.

I attempted to submit feedback to Apple but never heard back.
