Selecting a (big) folder takes a huge amount of time

Hello!

In the configuration of one of my scripts, I select a folder. Today, I changed that folder to another one that is quite big. It's about 70 Gb large. It only contains around 15 folders, but the structure is deep and contains quite a lot of files.

I hit "open" in the Finder selector about 10 minutes ago, the I'm still not back in the Hazel interface.

Is it a Finder selector problem, or is Hazel doing something with the folder that takes this much time?

Thanks for your help,

Sébastien

Probably Finder, though to double-check, try opening the same folder in another app, like TextEdit.

Hello Mr_Noodle,

You are right. It's the finder selector that is slow.

Thanks for your support, and thanks for making Hazel!! :)
