I am looking to organize a lot of audio recordings from a handheld recorder by a window of time in which files were created.

For example, I want files created between 8 and 8:55 am to be moved from the handheld recorder to a specific folder on my HD and files created between 9 and 9:45 to get moved into a different folder.

So far, I have not been able to find a rule that lets me take action based on time created, only date created. I have also not been able to figure out a way to set this window of time so Hazel stops looking for files after the designated time.

Is this rule possible to create? If not, is there another way to go at this?

Try using "occurs before" and "occurs after". Note also that anything that is a date has an implicit time component.
