When using Hazel to move files from USB drives... do I need to add in my rules that Kind is a Volume or something like this? or will Hazel except that my folder is on a USB Drive?

Please do not email and post the same questions. If in doubt, use email. And this has already been answered in email but it shouldn't matter if it's a usb drive.
