OSX: 10.10
HAZEL: 3.3.2 (1215)

In 3.3.2 option "Throw away if a duplicate" works as expected... but only in english language. In finder when you work in spanish (or other language) and press "cmd+d" to make a file duplicate, the word "copy" is replace by word "copia" (in Spanish). Seems that Hazel use "copy" as "fixed" word instead the same variable that OSX use to write "copy" in all languages.

This is a known issue and as mentioned in the other thread. Probably not something that will be fixed soon as it seems it would require doing localizations across all languages. There's no isolated way to get the text that Finder uses in this case.
