Hazel Icon on menu bar after Yosemite upgrade

I upgraded to Yosemite and the Hazel icon in the menu bar was replaced with a grey square. When I hover over it I get the spinning beach ball and nothing happens when I click on it. Any suggestions how to proceed?

Did you email about this? If so, please only post or email in one place. Also, I've already emailed instructions to you to diagnose so please respond either here or via email (but not both) with the results.
