Hi there, it's a little bit off topic since it seems to be purely related to Yosemite spotlight indexing but maybe someone around here has a solution.

I have a bunch of Hazel rules which are based of the contents of .md files. This rules are executed no more since i switched to Yosemite. A quick check revealed that the same files are not found in spotlight search. Renaming the files mmd or txt.

Does someone know how to get Yosemite to index .md-files again?

You can try using the 'mdimport' command to force those particular files. Do you have a program installed that handles .md files?
