Issues with Hazel Completing All Actions in a Folder

Hello -

I am new to Hazel and I am having trouble with Hazel completing all rules in a folder particularly those related to 'Move' actions.

Here is what I am trying to do in the folder:
-Rename files (according to their date and time) -- This works
-Move files to a Movie or Photo folder based on their file type (two separate rules based on .mov and .jpg) -- This does not work.

1) If all of the following are met: any file
2) Rename to date created extension

THEN
1) If the Kind is is Image, Move to Folder 'Main_Photos'

THEN
1) If the Kind is is Movie, Move to Folder 'Main_Movies'

The move actions worked last week when I set them up, but now they do not work. Hazel says it has run and moved onto other rules, but these files are still left in the original folder. I've included the log, which does not indicate any error. I am inexperienced in writing these types of patterns, so I'm guessing I have not written the rules properly.

A file can only match one rule at a time. In your case, the files, after being renamed, still match that first rule. You need to add conditions to make it so that it doesn't match the first rule so it can then be evaluated by the subsequent ones. You can either (a) use color labels - add a color after the rename and add a condition to that rule to filter out files already colored or (b) add a condition to the rule to filter out files which match the already renamed pattern.
