Sync Errors with System Folders

(if folder has tag 2SYNC, sync item to newfolderY.)
Getting the following errors in the logs:
2014-08-23 11:15:29.418 hazelworker[70974] [Error] Could not sync file/folder: Could not sync file/folder at Address Book Plug-Ins to /Volumes/records/System Sync/OyMac/User Library/Address Book Plug-Ins.
Is this because its a hidden/system folder? is there something Im missing here? existing workaround?
