Change Extension for Any File in Folder & Subfolders?

I have a folder with all .php files, and sometimes I move .html files into that folder so I want to convert any file in the main folder or any .html fils in the child folders into a .php

Is there anyway I can do this? So I don't have to keep adding new child folders to hazel?
